Drag Racing Represented Well in annual Goodguys Rod and
Custom Association shop tour poker run
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (October 25) -- Cagnazzi Racing was the sole drag racing representative on the Goodguys Rod and Custom Association shop tour poker run, which tours racing shops in the Charlotte area before their annual car show at Lowe's Motor speedway.
Goodguys Rod and Custom Association chose Cagnazzi Racing several months ago to be one of the five stops for its annual poker run. With thousands of hot rod enthusiast in town for this event, it proved to be a perfect opportunity to showcase the Jegs and Torco backed teams along with the thrill and excitement of NHRA
POWERade Drag Racing to the usual NASCAR crowd.
The Goodguys 14th Southeastern Nationals comes to Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte,
North Carolina this weekend bringing over 3,000 1972 & earlier rods, customs and classics to the infield of NASCAR's premier facility.
Bryce Gandy, General Manager for Cagnazzi Racing said "even though it is raining outside today, we are happy to open our doors and share the passion of drag racing and hot rod's with our fellow friends at Goodguys. We are excited to be involved with this event and would like to do this again next year."
